How we do it

2) Plain-English plan

You get a short written plan with options and pricing. No jargon, no “trust me.”

Output: option A/B + cost + timeline.

3) Execute cleanly

We fix the root problem, not just the symptom. Then we test it so it doesn’t “come back tomorrow.”

Output: verified change + rollback notes if needed.

4) Document it

Simple documentation: what you have, what changed, how to operate it, and where the risks are.

Output: notes you can actually use later.

5) Keep it healthy

For managed clients: patching cadence, monitoring, backups verified, and periodic reviews.

Output: fewer surprises + predictable ops.

6) No vendor runaround

If a vendor is involved, we drive the conversation and keep it moving.

Output: one throat to choke (it’s mine).
